GetYouWeb conditions Domain / Virtual Hosting
1. GetYourWeb reserves the right to interim price change, you get them 60 days in advance notice.

2. For special measures applied after the expiry of the contract, which is defined in Section 13, the normal rates. If a product is not in exactly the same as returning a similar product will be taken as a starting point.

3. GetYouWeb used email for communication. It is the responsibility of the Client at all times to an active e-mail to keep in the GetYourWeb control, and e-mails directed to this address regularly, but within a maximum of seven days, reading.

4. In the event of default, misconduct or breach of contract GetYourWeb has the right to disable services without compensation. In case of late payment switches GetYourWeb a debt collection agency in which the costs will be recovered entirely client.

5. GetYourWeb products and services may only be used for legal purposes. GetYourWeb takes no responsibility for the information posted on the service. Customer will not use the services offered in connection with sending unsolicited commercial email (spam). Customer shall not upload material to virtual servers which he does not hold the rights. The content and scope of the material on virtual servers must in no way pornographic, discriminatory or illegal, at the discretion of GetYourWeb

6. Client declares GetYourWeb not accountable for any claims arising from activities of clients, and commits GetYourWeb directly to know if client receive any claims arising from activities of customers on the Internet. This responsibility does not expire after the termination of this Agreement.

7. GetYourWeb Client is responsible for all damage caused by abuse of domain registration services, including but not limited to trading in contravention of applicable regulations of the Registry, the domain of applications without moving consent, or filling in false or fictitious information.

8. GetYourWeb aims at the best possible systems available to maintain and technical or other failures as much as possible. Client hereby GetYourWeb never accountable for any failure of the service and / or loss of data or loss of income due to technical or other malfunctions.

9. GetYourWeb infrastructure Customer shall not be used to send unsolicited commercial email (spam) or services GetYourWeb use related to spam. When GetYourWeb a legitimate complaint about spam received from Client, then GetYourWeb without any notice to the service off and remove the files of the Client.

10. The use of scripts and other software on the servers of GetYourWeb is permitted, as long as this operation the service is not at risk. GetYourWeb Customer shall notify any measures.

11. Additional costs due to use of the service are calculated on the next bill.

12. Charges for services and products will be by automatic debit to be paid, unless otherwise agreed.

13 . GetYourWeb Client, this agreement for at least 12 months with a written notice of at least one calendar month. Without written notice to the contrary, this agreement automatically renewed.

14. A first billing period runs for 12 months from the day of registration / application.

15. To install the service be made upon receipt of a signed agreement and its annexes.

16. All in Website / Quotation / Order amounts are exclusive of VAT.

17. Adjustments to the automatically generated documentation in any manner whatsoever without written confirmation from the management of GetYouWeb considered invalid.

18. All the effects and damages caused by negligence, improper use or benefit of Client.

19. These conditions will the letter of the Dutch laws are interpreted. Should one or more items from this agreement are not valid for the law, without prejudice to the other points remain valid.
