Hi just have found a great blog post what I want to share.
Its about wordpress and how easy it is to install a new wordpress theme. The tutorial show step by step how to add the new theme from the back end of wordpress admin panel, in a few easy steps it guide you true the install whit detail images that helps to understand the process. The author give the blog post the tittle “How to install a wordpress 3.0 theme part 1” so I think that there is a part 2 coming. I really hope so, I just started my first wordpress blogs and the tutorial helps me a lot to get my themes on my sites. The only thing what I didn’t understand complete was what the author writes on the last part of the tutorial below fig1.7, that whit this approach we can not see or the theme is compatible whit your wordpress version. I really didn’t understand. After a quick search on the wordpress site I found out that not every theme works on the latest wordpress version. So I look forward to read his next post, and hopefully the author will explain how I can check this. You can find the tutorial here
Maybe in the future the author will explain how to use wordpress plugins and how to get the most out of wordpress, there are so many possibility what can be done whit wordpress as a content management system, like my new blog rssnewsworld.com, I have add some interesting feeds on it and my blog is always updated whit the latest news.
